1. Reasons for processing personal data


In the course of our business operations, we process data for the management and handling of pre-contractual or contractual relationships with interested parties, customers, purchasers, suppliers, job candidates, professionals, service providers, and other stakeholders. This activity involves computer-generated and archived text documents (such as correspondence).

As a general rule, we process our users’ personal data only as necessary for the purpose of negotiating a contract, fulfilling contractual relationships, legal obligations, legitimate interests, providing a functional website, and displaying our content and services. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation required of our company, Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR shall serve as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(d) of the GDPR shall serve as the legal basis.
If this processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests and fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR as the legal basis for such processing.
 

3. Types of data

We collect and process personal data only as required for the purposes stated above. Personal data is any data containing the details of personal or material circumstances, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, photos, and all data required for fulfilling the terms of the contract, such as banking and payment information, contractual and property information, and correspondence.
 

4. Data deletion and retention period

The personal information of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as its retention is no longer required. Data may be retained for a longer period as dictated by European or national legislation, in EU directives, laws, or other regulations to which the persons is subject. Data is blocked or deleted when the retention period prescribed by these standards expires, unless there is a requirement to store it for a longer period in order to conclude or fulfill a contract.
 

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will be forwarded to third parties exclusively on the basis of the GDPR as expressly required to transact contractual preconditions or terms, or with your prior consent. Potential recipients include third parties involved in the transaction, such as property managers, brokers, and professionals; intermediary platforms, clients, and private or public entities that may or be required to disclose information related to contractual property (such as chimney sweeps); financial corporations; insurance companies and brokers; tax authorities and other government agencies; tax accountants and legal counsel; corporate divisions, group companies, and firms contracted to maintain IT infrastructure (software and hardware).
Some of the above recipients are based in locations outside of the EU and process the data there.
