Györgyi is versatile, open and positive—making her the ideal addition to our Budapest office. She has a degree in communications and years of experience at financial institutions in marketing and public relations. Additionally, she has great organizational talent and a tremendous passion for living spaces and interior design. We are happy that she has decided to bring her skills to AVORIS Kft! As our Office Manager, she ensures that day-to-day operations are running smoothly and interfaces with our marketing and PR agencies.

During her school days, Sylvia studied languages. However, through “learning by doing”, she got into the field of finance, where she ultimately became responsible for Eastern Europe, among other things, at an international real estate company for many years. With this backpack full of experience and a great deal of energy, she is now setting up Eastern European offices abroad for AVORIS, creating organizational structures for us to develop successful and coherent projects outside of Austria.

Ravi brings an international flair to AVORIS. Born in the Netherlands, he studied in London and has worked with prominent real estate companies in Amsterdam, Munich, and Vienna. Now he’s on our team, working full steam ahead on opening up new business arenas. Ravi is a Managing Partner of AVORIS in Hungary, coordinating all projects with professionalism and charisma.

From the planning phase, through construction, to completion and handover of the property. Tamás has recently become responsible for steering our real estate projects. The project manager in the AVORIS team has almost two decades of experience in the industry. This and his open, committed personality guarantee us a smooth construction process. He also supports us in acquisition by evaluating new projects.
